WELCOME
TO MY FAMILY HOME PAGE
I will be
attempting to trace my family back as far as possible. This will involve other
links to the Limerick family, the Stewarts, the McArthurs and the Gilmours. My
Father's side of the family lived in Fife, with others around the Edinburgh
area. My Mother's side originated in the West Coast of Scotland with some
migration to Fife.
There will be a
photographic record and hopefully any information supplied by visitors will be
added to the appropriate pages. This
is a new venture and information will be added as time permits, so please bear
with me.
By
use of the blue underlined links, the navigation buttons and the browser back
button, the pages should be easy to navigate.
I hope that others who
are looking for breaks in their family history may find a connection to the
various family names that make up this background.
These names include : Gilmour, Graham, Heath, Kerr, Kenmuir, Limerick, McArthur,
McIntyre, Paton, Patten and Stewart.
Others will be added as we get further back.
I know that I
have family connections in New South Wales in Australia, The Canadian Great
Lakes area and some distant relations in New Zealand. I also have a sister who
lives in New Mexico, USA. and a daughter who now resides just outside Brisbane,
Queensland, Australia. As you can see, our family are not content to stay in the
one place, but seem to prefer to wander all over the world.
